They constantly monitor the progress of your freight from pickup to delivery to insure that our service will meet your needs. The ability to think and act quickly in a high-pressure environment are the keys to success for a dispatcher, and ours have proven over time that they have those abilities.

Safety

Safety is the number one priority at Adams & Son. Our Safety Director has nearly 30 years of experience in the trucking industry. We carefully screen our driver applicants and hire only those with a history of safe driving. Those that are hired are then given extensive training in a number of safety-related areas before they ever get behind the wheel. The safety and well-being of the motoring public and our drivers is the overriding concern of Adams & Son Trucking.

If you would like to report one of our drivers for exceptional conduct or safety on the road, or for poor safety procedures, be sure to note the truck number, its description (color of truck, flat bed, van, loaded, unloaded), location (state, highway, town, street, mile-marker or address), date, and time of the occurance, along with any other pertinent information. Senior Business Data Manager

Tom has been with Adams and Son for almost 15 years and has nearly 35 years experience in the transportation and warehousing industry. He will soon be transitioning from his role as Director of Maintenance to his new role as Business Data Manager for Adams and Son. His new duties will include providing management with the important informational data required to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company.
